Pasta with Clams and Zucchini is the first course I’ll propose for this Sunday lunch. You can prepare it in a very short time and bring the taste of summer onto your table.
Today I still don’t know what to make for our lunch, so if I should find some nice clams, maybe I will make it as well, as all of us three do like it 😉
This morning I don’t seem to be able to get my act together, I’m looking back nostalgically at my vacations and I don’t know what kind of turn will this day take… Well, I’ll start from saying goodbye and having a shower, this sounds like a nice beginning 😉

Ingredients for 4 servings:

2 cloves of garlic
1 kg of clams
Preparation Time: Sildenafil online 40 min.

Let soak your clams in a bowl with salty water for about 1 hour.
Clean zucchini, grate them and put aside.
Pan-fry 1 garlic clove with some oil till golden. Drain the clams, add them into the pan, cover with a lid and let cook untill all of them will open. Then add parsley and wine, and let simmer until reduced.
Sift the cooking liquid and put it aside, and shell 2/3 of your clams.
In the same pan, let golden a new garlic clove with some oil, then add the grated zucchini.
After a few minutes, add the shelled clams and the cooking liquid.
Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water, at a rolling boil, following the cooking time reported on the package. Drain when still a little firm, not mushy. The pour it into the pan and let season for a couple of minutes.
Garnish with the unshelled clams, and serve your pasta with some freshly ground black pepper and some fresh parsley on the top .
