Pasta with Potatoes and (smoked) Provola Cheese is a variant of a traditional recipe of Neapolitan simple cooking (Pasta with Potatoes). The addition of provola (getting stringy) makes it even more creamy and unique. If you haven’t ever tasted it, you don’t know what you’re missing! At my home, it is a mustof Saturdays’ lunches!
So, I ask you to try and leave a comment on it 🙂
