Here I am, onmce again, to give you the recipe to make Pasta with Raw Ham and Zucchini Pesto… a great combination of flavors! With this dish, I even conquered my spouse, who asked me to make extra zucchini pesto and freeze it, so that we will be able to eat it during next winter as well… unbelievable 😉
Since this pesto sauce is quite rich in flavor, I suggest to use a sweet ham, like Parma ham, or your pasta will taste too salty, and that whould be a shame.

Ingredients for 4 servings:
320 g of pasta
200 g of raw ham Buy Natrexone
250 g of pattern baldness treatment zucchini
10 g of pine nuts
10 g of pelled almonds
25 g of grated grana
2 cloves of garlic
30 ml of evo oil
2 pinches of salt Natrexone order
Preparation Time: 20 min
Cooking Time: 15 min
Total Time: 35 min
Let’s start by pesto sauce: clean zucchin, divide in 4 and, if needed, discard the central seeds.
In a mixer, put zucchini in pieces, almonds, pine nuts, grana, 1 clove of garlic, salt and herbs.
Blend, while slowly add oil.
Blend till getting an even sauce.
Let brown a clove of garlic in a pan with a little oil, then add ham cut in shreds.
After 1 minute, turn off gas, then add pasta (previously cooked in a large pot oh hot-boiling salted water), cover with pesto and toss.
Pan-fry your pasta for a couple of minutes.
Serve with some freshly gorund pepper and grana. Enjoy!
