Penne with Vodka is one of my sister’s favorite dish, so always I make it when she comes for lunch. You can make it plain, or by adding some tomato paste. Yesterday I opted for a variant, and added some caviar too 🙂
Ingredients for 4 servings: Valtrex no prescription
Preparation Time: 5 min
Cooking Time: 25 min
Total Time: 30 min
Melt the butter in a small pan.
Add the vodka, and let simmer and reduce for about 1 minute.
Stir in the cream, season to taste, and keep cooking on a low heat for a few minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the pasta (see the guide). Put a large pot of salted water on to boil (1 Tbsp salt for every 2 quarts of water)When the water comes to a boil, add the pasta and cook, uncovered, at a rolling boil, following the cooking time reported on its package (it must be still a little firm, not mushy). Then drain and move it into the pan with the vodka sauce.
Let pan-fry for a while, then gently stir in the caviar.
Decorate with a teaspoon of caviar, and serve Penne with Vodka with some additional freshly ground black pepper.
