Last weekend I made Pink Pepper Chicken for my spouse and me. I simply followed the recipe reported on the pink peppercorn package, jus adding some Basmati Rice to complete the meal: yummy!
Sorry if I’m barely present these days: unfortunately work in progress at the office are bothering our routine, bringing us inconvenience and fatigue… We had to move to my mother’s house, as we have ridiculous timetable, but luckily my parents are supporting us. Beside that, Elisa has not slept well during the last 2 days because of strong belly ache, poor thing 🙁 My husband and I are dead tired :-/ I can hardly wait for the end of this bad, bad period: I wanna go back to normal and, above all, I wanna Elisa to get better!

Ingredients for 2 servings:
300 g of chicken breast price of Asacol
100 g of order Lasix light cream
2 tbsp Xenical order of milk
1 tbsp of pink peppercorns
1 tsp of tomato paste
20 g of butter
sage
pastry flour
salt

Preparation Time: 5 min.
Cooking Time: 15 min.
Total Time: 20 min.

How to make Pink Pepper Chicken

Add one teaspoon of salt to some flour. Cut the chicken into small pieces, then flour them with your salted flour.

Melt a knob of butter in a pan with the sage.

Add the chicken and fry-pan it till cooked, then take it off and keep it warm.

In the same pan, add cream, milk, tomato paste and pink pepper (if you have pickle green peppercorns, you can add some of the pickle too).

Simmer until smooth and reduced, then add the chicken and fry.pan for a few minutes to season.

Serve the Pink Pepper Chicken with some Basmati Rice.
