I’ve stolen the recipe to make Plain Musky Octopus from my boyfriend’s mother. You can use the same recipe with baby octopus as well.
Plain Musky Octopus is a second dish perfect if you are fond of fish dishes and want to eat a light dish.

Ingredients for 2 servings:
500 g of musky octopuses
extra-virgin olive oil purchase Furosemide buy Proscar Accutane cost
1 clove of garlic
1/2 glass of white wine
black pepper

Preparation Time: 10 min.
Cooking Time: 50 min.
Total Time: 1 hour

How to make Plain Musky Octopus

Clean and wash musky octopuses under fresh running water.
In a pot, let brown garlic, then add in your musky octopuses.


Cover with water and let cook on a low heat for about 20 minutes.


As soon as cooking water will be reduced, add wine and let reduce as well, on a high heat.


Add salt and pepper, then let cook on a medium heat for about 20 more minutes, just stirring every now and again.
Once ready, add some chopped fresh parsley, and serve.
