Puff Pastry Spoons: a nice idea for an happy hour, or a buffet dinner. You don’t need any mold to make them: just steel teaspoons: you outline them on puff pastry, and bake, together with the teaspoons… super-nice!
I stuffed them with philadelphia and zucchini, but you can use whatever you like… If you have some puff pastry in the fridge, make them and you’ll surprise everyone 😉

Total Time: 20 min
Place some steel teaspoons on the puff pastry, quite apart from each other.
With a knife, outline the spoons around the teaspoons.
Place them, together with the teaspoons, on an oven tray covered with baking paper.
Brush with some milk and bake at 200°C for 6-8 minutes or till nicely golden.
Wait for the teaspoons to cool down before touching them to remove them from the Puff Pastry Spoons.
Stuff your spoons with philadelphia, grated zucchini, salt and pepper, or with any other ingredients you like, and serve.
