Goodmorning everybody! Today I’ll post a recipe to make a fast and easy nibble with puff pastry anr raw ham. This finger food is perfect to be served as an appetizer, for example together with some green olives, or with more puff pastry nibbles. You can also decisde to stuff them with different ingredients, like cooked ham, salami, etc.: you’ll get a quick starter which will be appreciated by everybody!

Preparation Time: 10 min.
Baking Time: 15 min.
Total Time: 25 min.
In a bowl, mix egg, grated grana, salt and paprika.
Unroll your puff pastry sheet, brush half of it with the egg mixture.
Place the ham (I’ve actually used coppa) on the half with the egg.
Fold the sheet in half, so that the edges match. Slightly press on the edgs to fix them.
With a pastry cutter, or a knife, divide the sheet into about 1-inch stripes.
Now twist each stripe to give it a spiral shape.
Place your twists on an oven tray covered with baking paper.
Brush with the remaining beated egg, and bake in oven pre-heated at 180°C, for about 15 minutes.
Let cool till tepid, and serve your Puff Pastry Twists.
