Well… today Im’l travelling to Milan, I’m taking advantage of these hours in train to answer some emails and messages… So I leave you to the recipe, read you later :-*
Ingredients for 4 persone:
1 loaf of bread
150 g of cheese slices
5 green sweet peppers
25 g of butter
Preparation Time: 20 min
Baking Time: 15 min

With a bread knife, cut parallel slices in your bread (each 2-3 cm), not cutting all the way through.
Now cut perpendicular slices, still not cuttin all the way through.
You will have little squares you can stuff in between cuts.
Stuff in cheese in pieces or slices between cuts, down into all of the cracks of the bread.
Melt butter in a bowl, and add sliced green sweet peppers.
Add peppers between cuts as well, then brush the remaining butter onto bread surface.
Wrap your bread with aluminum and bake in oven preheated at 220°. Cook for 10 minutes, then remove aluminum and cook for 5 mor eminutes.
Serve right away.
