Quinoa with Vegetables: a simple, tasty and versatile vegetarian dish. You can actually combine quinoa with the vegetables in season that you like the most. You can serve it hot, but cold, during summer, it’s even tastier! I must say, since I’ve begun to use quinoa, I’m using it very often: easy to make, very nourishing, and luckily my whole family appreciate it.
During these last days of vacation I’m alternating seaside with great tours of the island. We were to see windmills, venetian castle and, of course, the site of Knossos which, thanks to the myth of Theseus and the Minotaur and the labyrinth, was appreciated by my baby girl as well 😉
This afternoon, if I can persuade Ivano, I’d like to go riding… I don’t think I’ll be successful, but I’ll try anyway 😉

Ingredients for Cytotec cheap 4 servings:
1 glass of quinoa
1 eggplant pattern baldness treatment
1 bell pepper
1 spring onion
1 cherry tomatoes
1 red pepper
Preparation Time: 10 min
Cooking Time: 30 min
Total Time: 40 min
Let’s start by washing quinoa under fresh running water, to remove the coating containing the bitter-tasting saponins.
Then put it in a pot, together with 2 glasses of water (in case you change the quantity of quinoa, remember that water volume should always be twice the volume of quinoa).
Cook on a medium heat until it will have absorbed all the water (about 15 minutes). Then put aside.
Wash, clean and dice carrot, poteto, eggplant, zucchini and bell pepper.
Put them in a large pan, together with chopped green onion, hot pepper and some oil. Add salt, put the lid on an cook for 15-20 minutes.
Then also add tomatoes in pieces and basil, an cook for 5-10 more minutes.
Add vegetables to quinoa and toss.
Decorate with fresh basil and serve, or refrigerate for 1 hour and then serve.
