Here you have a new fancy salad: a red endive salad, enriched with diced asiago cheese, croutons and walnut kernels. I don’t know about you, but I usually like finding something crunchy into my salad… and I was very satisfied by this combination of ingredients 😉
Today doble recipe: if you prefer a lighter one, prove this salad… If you’re not on a diet, later I’ll post a first course recipe, still with red endive!

Ingredients for 4 servings:
1 head of red endive
order Indocin online 120 g of asiago
30 g of walnuts (gherigli)
2 slices of sandwich bread
EVO oil Buy Prozac no prescription buy Retin-A
Preparation Time: 15 min.
Cooking Time: 3 min.
Total Time: 18 min.
Clean the red endive by removing the outer leaves, then cut it into stripes and put in a bowl with fresh water for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, dice the bread and toast it in a pan. Dice the cheese as well.
Drain the endive, dry it with a clean cloth and put in a salad bowl.
Add in asiago, bread and walnut kernels.
Season your salad with EVO oil, salt and black pepper, stir gently and serve.
