Ricotta Cake is soft and with a mild taste. I had this recipe by my mom, who was given it by the mom of an alumns of hers. Ricotta gives to the cake a super-soft texture. You can make it plain, like in this case, or else you can add 100 g of chocolate chips. This year I’ve decided to make this cake for Mother’s Day 🙂

Ingredients for a 26 cm cake pan: buy Indocin
3 eggs
300 g of sugar
300 g of ricotta
300 g of pastry flour
50 g of butter
Natrexone order 1/2 glass of milk
1 packet of baking powder

1 packet of icing sugar

Preparation Time: order methotrexate online 10 min
Baking Time: 45 min
Total Time: 55 min

How to make Ricotta Cake

Whisk egg whites till light and frothy.


In another bowl, whisk yolks with sugar and soft butter.


Add ricotta and gently combine the ingredients.


Then slowly add in flour, milk, and at last sifted baking powder.


Now gently incorporate egg whites.



Pour the mixture into a pan, buttered and sugared.
Bake at 180°C in pre-heated static oven, for about 45 minutes.


Let cool down, then sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
