800 g of pork loin roast
2 apples stark
300 ml of meat stock order Nolvadex
100 ml of white wine
1 sprig of rosemary
extra-virgin olive oil
Preparation Time: 15 min.
Roasting Time: 45 min.

Thinly slice the onion and pan-fry in a saucepan with some oil.
Add the loin and fry until golden brown on every sides. Then add the marinade and simmer until reduced.
Meanwhile, peel the apples and cut them into pieces.
Add apples and stock to the loin, cover with a lid, and let cook on a low/medium heat for about 40 minutes.
Halfway, turn the loin upside-down, and season to taste.
At the end, put the meat on a cutting board and take the twine off.
Mash the apple pieces with a fork and let the gravy reduce.
Slice your roast, decorate it with the apple sauce and serve.
