Roasted Chicken with Potatoes is maybe THE Italian secon course. With this recipe, your chicken will be tender and juicy: just add a small pot of water in the oven during roasting with convection oven! This is my mum’s tip, thanks to which my husband told me my Roasted Chicken with Potatoes is the best he had ever tastes… to my great satisfaction!
Ingredients for 4 servings:
1 kg of chicken
purchase Fluoxetine 1 kg of potatoes
1 clove of garlic generic Colchicine
2 sprigs of rosemary
3 tbsp of extra-virgin olive oil
buy Ventolin online salt
Preparation Time: 20 min.
Baking Time: 1 hour
Total Time: 1 hour and 20 min. + 30 min. for the aromatic oil
Meanwhile, peel the potatoes, and dice them.
Cut the chicken into pieces and rinse them under running water.
Notch the chicken and put it on a nonsticky oven pan, with a sprig of rosemary.
Brush it with the flavored oil.
Add the potatoes and season everything by pouring the remaining oil on it.
Oven cook at 200°C, putting a small pot of water inside as well, to have the chicken evenly cooked, without drying 😉
Let roast for about 1 hour.
Take out of the oven and serve still hot.
