If you wann try to make some mild and special scallopini, do make this recipe! Yesterday night I had some pork loin slices in the fridge, and I didn’t know how to make them. Browsing one of my cookbooks of Italian recipes, I saw the recipe to make Saffron Scallopini… I had pork loin, I had saffron… so here you have the recipe! 🙂

Ingredients for 2 servings:
4 slices of pork loin Premarin
20 g of butter
1 packet of saffron
1 glass of cheap Prozac white wine
20 g of pastry flour
treating cancer tumors extra-virgin olive oil
black pepper

Preparation Tim: 5 min.
Cooking Time: 25 min.
Total Time: 30 min.

How to make Saffron Scallopini

Dissolve the saffron in the wine and let rest for a dozen minutes.


Meanwhile, panfry butter and oil in a non-sticky pan. Tenderize your meat with a steak hammer, then cover it in flour and add it into the pan. Cook for 5 minutes each side.


Season to taste, then add the saffron wine.


Let simmer until reduced, turning the slices upside down to make them season on both sides.


Serve on a platter, spread with their saffron sauce.
