Sanguinaccio is a chocolate sauce, traditionally made during Carnival period, together with levonorgestrel price Angel Wings.
According to the original recipe, it was made with chocolate and fresh pig’s blood, but since 1992 the use of pig’s blood has been banned due to health concerns… So now Sanguinaccio is just a sweet, chocolate-based, sauce: Angel Wings and Sanguinaccio, an inseparable duo!

Ingredients for 4 servings:

500 ml of milk
300 g of sugar
125 g of plain cocoa
50 g of dark chocolate order Propranolol online
50 g of butter
50 g of corn starch
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

Preparation Time: 10 min.
Cooking Time: 25 min.
Total Time: 35 min.

How to make Sanguinaccio

Combine sugar, cocoa and starch in a pot.

Slowly add the milk, while stirring to combine evenly.

Turn on the gas, while stirring all the time.

Once it will have thickened (after about 20 minutes), take away from the heat and add immediately cinnamon, chocolate in pieces, and butter.

Stir it vigorously, to melt and combine the ingredients.


Let the Sanguinaccio cool down, and serve together with Angel Wings:
