Good morning everybody… As I told you in advance before leaving and go to Venice, here you have the recipe to make Savory Brioche with Ciambotta. Waiting for a little time to make some Christmas recipes, please accept this savory brioche with vegetables 😛 Next weekend I hope to be able to make Gingerbread Men or Biscotti, let’s see what I can do 🙂 Kisses

Ingredients for brioche dough:
1 egg
35 ml of evo oil
15 g of sugar
125 ml of milk
8 g of salt
12 g of baker’s yeast
330 g of pastry flour

Ingredients for the filling:

2 eggplants cheap Paxil
2 carrots
1 bell pepper
Strattera without prescription 3 zucchini
6 cherry tomatoes
celery
basil
hot pepper
salt
1 egg
200 g of smoked scamorza

Tempo di preparazione: 15 min.
Tempo di cottura: 30 min.
Tempo totale: 45 min. + 2 hours and 30 min. for rising

How to make Savory Brioche with Ciambotta

In a mixing bowl, put milk, oil, sugar and yeast.

Add in the sifted flour, and then salt.

Knead on a floured pastry board till firm and smooth.

Make a ball, cover with a clean cloth, and let rise for about 2 hours.

Meanwhile, let’s prepare the filling: make the Ciambotta and let it cool down. Then dice the scamorza and put it aside.

Take back the dough, roll it out and make a 30 cm x 40 cm rectangular sheet. Divide into 3 vertical stripes.

Put in the middle of every rectangular sheet 1/3 of your Ciambotta and 1/3 of diced scamorza.

Gently roll up the three sheets, making three cylinders, and braid them.

Since, as you know, I can’t do braids, I rolled up every cylinder like that…

Let rise 30 more minutes.

Then place your Savory Brioche with Ciambotta onto a non-sticky oven tray, and brush it with some beaten egg.

Cook (in pre-heated oven) at 180°C for about 30 minutes.

Let cool down till tepid, then slice and serve.
