In order to start well the week, here you have the recipe to make a Savory Loaf Cake I made up a few night ago on the spur of the moment, with what I had in the fridge: a classic empty-fridge recipe! At Christmas time, together with more stuff, I had as a gift a jar of sun-dried tomatoes in oil. I usually use them in summer time to enrich salads or garnish potatoes, but that time I decided to make a savory loaf cake: I add some ricotta to give it softness, and then smoked scamorza, salami and black olives… The result? Finger-licking! I brought it to my mother-in-law’s house, and that’s why the final pic is missing, but I’ll add it as soon as I will do it again 😉 Have a nice week 😀
