Before leaving for this lonk weekend, I’ll post THE sea recipe, Seafood Salad!
Seafood Salad is one of most typical dishes of Italian cuisine, ideal during a summer supper, as it is simple, fresh, and delicious!
The only difficulty, is that the procedure is a bit long, as every kind of seafood must be cooked separately, but I guarantee, it’s totally worthy!
This was a four-hand cooperation between me and Elena for a fish lunch we had together… Yum!

Ingredients for 8 servings:
800 g of octopus buy premarin
600 g of squids
1 kg of clams
1 kg of mussels
300 g of prawns
200 g of surimi
2 cloves of garlic
Toradol without prescription 200 ml of evo oil
1 lemon
1 bunch of parsley
salt
black pepper

Preparation Time: 1 hour
Cooking Time: 1 hour
Total Time: 2 hours + 2 hors in the fridge

How to make Seafood Salad

Let’s start by making a marinade: put in a little bowl chopped parsley and garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil.

Clean the squids: remove head, innards, beak, cartilage and skin, and rinse thoroughly under fresh running water.
Cook for about 15 minutes in hot boiling water.

Clean the octopus: remove eyes, beak, sacs, innards and skin.
Cook for about 40 minutes in hot boiling water.

Cut in pieces octopus and squids.

Thoroughly brush mussels and draw away the beards. Leave them fopr 1 hour in salted water.
Cook clams and mussels in 2 different pans, with lids on, on a high heat, untill the shells will open. Then sift the cooking water and put aside. Shell the molluscs, and put aside some shells for the final decoration.

Shell the prawns and cook for about 5 minutes in boiling water, together with surimi.

Now let’s start to assemble the Seafood Salad. Put in a large bowl squids, clams, mussels, prawns and diced surimi.

Then stir in octopus and marinade. If necessary, add some additional salt and/or oil. Cover with some plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Move your Seafood Salad onto a platter, decorate with the shells you’ve put aside, and serve.
