Ingredients for 4 servings:
250 g of farro

150 g of corn
10 g of cherry tomatoes
5 sweet green peppers
Preparation Time: 10 min
Cooking Time: 20 min
Total Time: Indocin online 30 min
Wash farro under running water.
Then cook it in a large pot of boilind salted water, for about 20 minutes (or as per the instruction on the package).
Drain it and let cool down in a large salad bowl.
Cut peppers and tomatoes in pieces.
Steam shrimps for 5 minuti, then put them in a bowl and let cool down.
In the farro salad, add peppers, tomatoes, drained corn, and shrimps. Season with salt and oil. Toss, then cover the bowl with some plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Then you can serve your Shrimp Farro Salad.
