Spaghetti with Clams and Taralli is a specialty made in Naples! After tasting this dish in several restaurants around the city, I decided to make it at home to let my parents taste it as well. They appreciated, so here you have my recipe 😉
Besides that, today I’d like to thank you for all the best wishes for Elisa. Yestarday was a wonderful day for her: party, gifts, the kitten she was longing so hard… and the cake, just like she wanted it!
Well, today I have to get rid of the fatigue of the planning days, but tomorrow I’ll go back to work at full capacity 😉
I leave you to the recipe and wish you a nice Sunday :-*
Preparation Time: 15 min
Cooking Time: 10 min
Total Time: 25 min
Clean clams under running water and rub the shells: see the guide.
Then let golden garlic in a pan with some oil, then add clams.
Close with the lid and cook until the shells open.
Shell the clams (just keep some aside with the shell, to decorate) and put them into the pan.
Roughly crush taralli.
Cook pasta “al dente” in a large pot full with hot-boiling salted water.
Then add pasta into the clam. Cook for a couple of minutes, then season to taste and add in taralli ad parsley.
Then serve, with some pepper and more taralli.
