Spinach and Tofu Balls: this is my vegan proposal for today, I told you I’m testing recipes with no animal products, and when I cook something good I always share it on the blog, so that you can test it as well 😉
Recently I’m rediscovering tofu: thanks to its mild taste, it’s suitable for many recipes… If you consider that it had a high proteing content but it’s low in fat, you’ll se why I’m cooking it in different ways.
Of course, ig you prefer lighter tofu balls, bake them… But to tempt skeptycal people to taste them, pan-frying is the best 😉
I leave you to the recipe and go back to work , kisses :-*
