Quiche is a French savory pie, with a crust of brisée pastry and a variable filling with cheese, meat, seafood, vegetables… There are different quiche recipes, but the best-known is quiche lorraine, but tonight I had a spinach crave, so… here you have the recipe to make Spinach Quiche.

Ingredients for a 26 cm tart pan get Diflucan :
500 g of spinach
250 g of brisée pastry
2 eggs
150 ml of milk albuterol price
50 g of parmesan
1 knob of butter

Preparation Time: 10 min
Baking Time: 30 min
Total Time: 40 min

How to make Spinach Quiche

Blanch spinach, then quickly cook in a pan with a knob of butter, salt and pepper.


Roll out a 3 mm sheet of pastry and use it to cover a pan covered with baking paper.


Evenly distribute spinach over the crust.

In a bowl, beat together milk, eggs, parmesan, salt and pepper.


Pour the mixture over the filling. Folde the extra pastry to make a cord.


Bake at 180°C in hot ove for about 30 minutes.
Serve hot, tepid or even cold.
