I’d been seeing a pic of red-heart cupcakes on Misya’s Facebook group for days, wondering how to replicate them… I searched te recipe on the Internet to find out the procedure, but I wasn’t able to find a satisfying step-by-step recipe… So I decided to make it by myself, in order to make it within everybody’s reach.
I’ve decorated my cupcakes with a mascarpone frosting and served them with the remaining red hearts. My husband was amazed, and I am really glad to share this tiny experiment with you 😉

Ingredients for 8 cupcakes:
180 g of sugar
150 g buy Phenergan online of butter
2 eggs
Buy Prozac no prescription Buy Strattera 300 g of pastry flour
250 ml of milk
1 tbsp of vanilla essence
1/2 packet of baking powder
1 tsp of gelly red food coloring agent

To decorate:
100 gr of mascarpone
1 tbsp of icing sugar
1 tbsp of vanilla essence
1 tbsp of milk

Preparation Time: 20 min.
Baking Paper: 20 min.
Total Time: 40 min.

How to make St. Valentine’s Cupcakes

Combine butter and sugar till getting a cream, add eggs and amalgamate.

Slowly add in flour and baking powder, previously sifted together, alternating them with tepid milk and vanilla essence.

Pour in a bowl 1/3 of the mixture, add red coloring agent and stir.
Put this colored mixture in a 16-cm pan covered with baking paper, and cook for about 10 minutes in oven preheated at 200°C.

Turn put of the pan and let cool down, then, with a small heart-shapet cookie cutter, cut as many hearts as you can.

Pour the remaining, un-colored mixture in the paper liners (fill them till half of their height. Place one red heart in the middle of each cupcake.

Cover with more mixture, till reaching 3/4 of liner height.

Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, make mascarpone frosting by combining mascarpone cheese with icing sugar, milk, and vanilla essence.

Let cool down your cupcakes, then decorate them with the frosting and with the remaining red hearts, and serve.
