Ingredients for 2 servings:
2 slices of beef or veal
300 g of cherry tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
extra-virgin olive oil
Preparation Time: 5 min
Cooking Time: 25 min.

Clean tomatoes and garlic. Pan-fry the sliced garlic in a large pan till nicely golden, then add the meat (I used just one, really large, slice) and pan-fry both sides. Put the meat on a dish and keep them warm.
Add the tomatoes into the pan, season to taste and cook on a low heat for a dozen minutes.
When it will be almost ready, add the meat, the oregano and the basil, and let it season in the sauce, with the lid on.
Keep cooking till the sauce will be nicely reduced.
Put your Steak Pizzaiola in a platter and spread some sauce over it, together with some fresh basil and some more oregano.
With the remaining sauce, you can season some spaghetti 😉
