Strawberry Ice Cream is my last experiment. I’ve chosen to make it with fruit in season, my favorite one. I guess that with all the ice creams I’ve been making recently, I should haveamortized the ice-cream maker expense, by now… and within august I may even be in credit ahahaha 😉
I’m about to leave for my long weekend in France, this is the first flight for my baby girl and I’m a bit thrilled… I hope she will have a great time and everything will go fine. I don’t know if I will be able to connect to the Internet in the next days, so I leave this recipe to say goodbye: kisses and read you on Monday 😀
Preparation Time: Scin care 30 min
Total Time: 30 min
Wash strawberries, discard the petioles, and blend them with sugar.
Pour inside the ice-cream maker and add cold-fridge cream and milk.
Turn on the machine according to the instruction: with mine, 20 minutes at speed 1.
Once thick and creamy, serve.
