Sweet and Sour Pork is amongst classic Chinese dishes. It is usually served with some Basmati rice in every plate.
Every now and again I like changing flavors and tastes… I’ve spotted this recipe in my Chinese cookbook. I had no pineapple, but I decided to make it anyway… and it is delicious even without it 🙂
Ingredients for 4 servings:
order methotrexate online 400 g of sliced pork loin
1 bell pepper
4 tbsp of ketchup
2 tbsp of soy sauce
buy albuterol 1 tsp of sugar
100 ml of red wine
100 g of pineapple
Preparation Time: 5 min.
Cooking Time: 40 min. Cytotec generic
Total Time: 45 min. + 20 min. for resting
Put the meat in a large bowl, cover with red wine, and let rest for 20 minutes.
In a wok, let wilt chopped onion with some oil.
Once ready, add chopped carrot and bell pepper in small pieces. Let brown for a dozen minutes.
Drain the meat, put the marinade aside, and brown the loin slices, 5 minutes per side.
Then cut the meat in shreds and put aside.
Add marinade and sugar into the wok. Let simmer until reduced, then add in ketchup and soy sauce.
If you have it, stir in pineapple juice too.
Now add in the meat pieces, stirring slowly.
Serve Sweet and Sour Pork.
