Tarallini (Italian Mini Bagels) are one of Ivano and Elisa’s favorite snack food: when they go out together, they always come back with a pack of Tarallini with fennel seeds, from the bakery alongside of the office, and they crunch, crunch, crunch 🙂 Last Sunday, Elisa really wanted to mess about in the kitchen together with me, so I thought we could make her worshipped Tarallini. This time, I let her deal with the whole procedure, from kneading to shaping: you have no idea of how bravo she has been! When she cooks with me she looks like a little tiny soldier: she climbs onto the chair ad does exactly what I say! And she doesn’t even mess up too much! Unbelievable!! Anyway, our Tarallini were bombtastic, and I bet that was thanks to her adorable tiny chubby hands, which made the dough special! 😉
Guys, I’m going to get ready: for my birthday, my spouse arranged a weekend in a farm near Benevento with the whole family, 2 days of open-air strolls and simple homemade cooking. XOX and read on Monday :-***

Ingredients for 40-50 Tarallini:
250 g of pastry flour
80 ml of white wine
80 ml of extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp cheap Fluoxetine of salt buy doxycycline online
1 tsp of fennel seeds

Preparation Time: 40 min.
Cooking Time: 40 min.
Total Time: 1 hour and 20 min.

How to make Tarallini

Mound the flour, together with salt, pepper and chopped fennel seeds, in a mixing bowl. Make a well in the middle and pour inside oil and wine.

Starting from the center, slowly incorporate all the flour.

When it get kneadable, move to a pastry board and knead the dough for at least 15 minutes.

Let rest for about 30 minutes.

Divide the dough into small pieces, about 8-10 gr each.

Make small cylinders from your dough, and join the edges to make the Tarallini.

As you make them, put the Tarallini on a clean surface.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Lower the Tarallini into the water, a dozen at a time. Cook until all the Tarallini have bobbed to the surface of the water, then lift them with a perforated spoon and put them on a clean cloth.

Move the Tarallini onto an oven tray covered with baking paper, and bake at 200°C for about 30 minutes.

Cook for about 30 minutes, of till the Tarallini will be golden. Let cool down before serving.
