Total Time: 15 min. + 6 hours for refrigerating
Leave the gelatin in a bowl with some cold water for about 10 minutes.
Put all the ingredients inside the bowl and cook at 80°C for 5 minutes, Speed 4.
Gently squeeze the gelatin, add it into the bowl, and stir for a few seconds, Speed 4, to dissolve it.
Pour the mixture in pudding molds and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
Then turn the molds upside-down with some and garnish with some caramel or other topping.
