Tomato Green Beans: an easy peasy summer side dish. My husband doesn’t love them, but I do not renounce, and eat them with some mozzarella cheese and warm bread: this is one of my favorite lunch! If you don’t love tomato, don’t worry: just season them with a vinaigrette, or with evo oil and lemon juice, store in the fridge and eat them as a salad: still tasty, and even lighter 😉
