Unbaked Fruit Tart is a perfect dessert for summer time, when it’s hot and you don’t want to turn on the oven, or even the stove: in a very short time you can get a fresh tart. I used the classic base crust I usually use to make cheesecakes (Digestive cookies and butter) and a mascarpone cream with no eggs. I decorated my tart with fresh fruit, and got in no time an impressive dessert, which delighted my guests after a light summer meal 😉

Ingredients for a 24 cm tart pan:
200 g of Digestive cookies
100 g Buy Topamax on line of butter
200 g of mascarpone
100 g of sugar
150 g of whipping cream
1 Aciclovir online apple
sour cherries in syrup
Preparation Time: 30 min
Total Time: 30 min + 1 hour and a half in the fridge
Blend cookies with a mixer.
Put them in a bowl with melted butter and combine.
Pout the mixture into a pan and press to compact, then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, wisk mascarpone and sugar.
Apart, whip up cream, then add it into mascarpone bowl.
Slowly stir bottom-up with a spatula to combine.
Take back the crust and pour mascarpone cream inside. Level, then refrigerate for 1 hour.
Peel fruit and cut in pieces.
Decorate the tart with the fresh fruit, with a radial pattern, then serve.
