Cooking Time: 10 min.
Total Time: 15 min.
Bring milk and cream to a point of boil, together with vanilla essence and bean.
As soon as it start to boil, add the sifted starch and turn the heat off, while still stirring.
Let cool down before serving your Vanilla Sauce.
