Vegan Mayonnaise is one of those recipes about which I’ve been skeptycal till the last moment… but when Ifinally decided to make it, we all liked it so much that I had to make it again the next day! It’s a fake mayo, as it is eggless. It’s super-quick to make, and, above all, it can’t possibly curdle like Order Retin-A classic mayonnaise, and this is the greater advantage for me, since my history with mayo 😛
This is the recipe I’ve tested. One note: you can add a teaspoon of turmeric to get a yellowish color, as for the rest it’s perfect like that!I leave you to the recipe and go back to the recipe: round 2 😉
Preparation Tim: 1 min
Total Time: 1 min + 30 min in the fridge
Put in the blender pitcher: milk soy, lemon juice, mustard and salt.
Blend, while slowly adding oil, by moving the blender up and down.
In 30-40 seconds your Vegan Mayonnaise should be ready.
Place it into a bowl and refrigerate fr at least 30 minutes before serving.
