?Morning! Today I’m posting the recipe to make an eggplant potato Vegetable Flan, a sort of middle course between parmigiana and moussaka. The recipe is very simple to make and it even is quite light… The right compromise to bring a yummy and tasy dish to your table without feeling too much guilty 😉

Preparation Time: order naltrexone 30 min
Baking Timee: 15 min
Total Time: 45 min
Wash and clean eggplants, and cut them into 1 cm slices.
Cook them in a pan with a little oil and a small cup of water. Cook both sides till nicely golden.
Put them on a dish and salt them.
Boil potatoes in a pot with salted water for about 30 minutes, then peel them, and cut them in ½ cm slices.
Slice provola and wash basil leaves.
In a oiled casserole, put a layer of potato slice. Add a little oil and a pinch of salt.
Cover with a layer of eggplants.
Add provola and basil.
Go on by alternating layer of ingredients in this way.
Finish with provola.
Bake, in oven preheated at 200°C, for about 15 minutes or until provola will get stringy.
Let cool down a little, and serve.
