Veggie Omelette, like the name says, is a fake omelette, with chickpea flour instead of eggs. If you follow me everyday, you know that this year I’ve been approaching vegetariana and vegan cuisine. I’ve tried many recipes with no animal products, but posted here only those ones you may want to taste even if you’re omnivore. Well, Veggie Omelette is one of those 😉 I’ve added tomatoes, arugula, carrots and herbs, but you can use different vegetables, or even use the classic ham and cheese.
This is my recipe, at home they appreciated it. Try it and let me know. Kisses!
