I spent last weekend at home, so I resumed the custom of Saturday afternoon cookies, and made Whipped Shortbread Cookies for my sweetheart. Whipped Shortbread Cookies are really crispy and with a mild flavor. To give them an extra dash, and on my husband’s request, I dipped the tips in dark chocolate: a perfect choice! All of this, just to suggest you to try this new cookie recipe, and to wish you a happy week, dictated by sweetness and high spirits!
P.S. And, besides, seeing their horseshoe shape, maybe they’ll even bring you luck 😉

Ingredients for 25 cookies:
220 g of pastry flour
1 egg
150 g of butter
80 g of icing sugar
Naltrexone online 1 tsp of baking powder
1 packet of vanillin or 1 tbsp of vanilla extract
80 g of dark chocolate

Preparation Time: 30 min.
Baking Time: 10 min.
Total Time: 40 min.

How to make Whipped Shortbread Cookies

In a bowl, beat soft butter and sugar until they get creamy, then add in egg.

Combine flour, vanillin and baking powder, and stir them into the butter cream.

Work the mixture till plain and smooth.

Pour the mixture in a pastry bag with a large star nozzle, and form the hoseshoe shapes on an oven tray covered with baking paper.

Bake in pre-heated oven at 200°, for about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
Let cool down the cookies, then dip their tips in the melted chocolate.

Before serving your cookies, place them on a surface covered with baking paper in order to let the chocolate dry completely.
