Whole Wheat Biscuits with Honey have no butter or dairy products, and no sugar. Those friends of mine who always search for “recipes without” will appreciate these cookies 🙂
I tasted these cookies in a holiday farm, here in Campania… and, once at home, I decided I had to make them: great cookies with low fat content, a rustic taste, perfect for a healthy breakfast. If you like this kind of recipes, try them! Justa one thing: the taste will depend on the type of honey and oil you’re going to use! I used blended honey and olive oil.

Baking Time: 15 min
Total Time: 30 min
In a bowl, combine egg, oil and honey.
Add flour, baking powder and grated zest.
Combine till getting a soft and even dough.
Divide the dough into 20 balls, and place them on an oven pan covered with baking paper.
Slightly press them with a fork, then bake in oven preheated at 160°C, for about 15 minutes.
Let coll till tepid, then serve.
