I made this Whole-Wheat Pizza to please my father, that uses to ask me for dark (as he says) dishes 😉 Once made the dough, I rolled it out and seasoned with zucchini and crescenza: in half an hour I brought to the table a great Whole-Wheat Pizza! In this hot Sunday, if you’re bold enough to turn the oven on, you can make this recipe and taste a different pizza.
I leave you and go to bring Elisa to the swimming pool to have some refreshment, kisses and good Sunday!

Ingredients for a 34 cm pizza pan:
purchase Indocin online 200 g of all-purpose flour
200 g of whole-wheat flour
10 g of baker’s yeast
get Diflucan 250 ml of water
2 tbsp of seed oil
1/2 tbsp of salt

2 zucchini
100 g of crescenza
evo oil
coarse salt

Preparation Time: 20 min
Baking Time: purchase orlistat 30 min
Total Time: 50 min + 2 hours for rising

How to make Whole-Wheat Pizza

Combine the flours in a bowl. Dissolve yeast in water at ambient temperature and add it into the bowl.

Start to knead, then add salt and oil.

Knead for at least 10 minutes: you need to get an even dough.

Then cover the bowl with some plastic wrap and let rise for about 2 hours.

Once the dough will have doubled in volume, take it back.

Flatten it by hands to get a disk. Put it into a non-sticky pizza pan.
Season your pizza crust with a little oil.

Cleand and thinly slice zucchini, then place them over the crust. Also add crescenza in pieces, a little oil and some coarse salt, slightly crushed.

Bake, in oven preheated at 200°C, for about 30 minutes.
