Yogurt Bread was a grat discovery: a dough with no fats, but still super-soft. You can shape it to make buns, or a loaf to bake on the baking tray, or you can put it in a loaf pan, as I did. The consistency is similar to a soft sandwich loaf, but with some aromatic aftertaste.
In this rainy Sunday, if you feel like trying homemade bread, this could be the recipe for you! Have a nice Sunday, I’m going to knead my bread, kisses to my readers 😉

Ingredients for a 30 cm loaf pan:
500 g of pastry flour buy Plan B online
170 g of Greek yogurt buy Accutane
180 ml of milk
2 tsp of salt
12 g of baker’s yeast

Preparation Time: 15 min.
BAking Time: 40 min.
Total Time: 55 min. 3 hours for rising

How to make Yogurt Bread

Mound the flour in a bowl, make a well in the middle and put inside yeast and yogurt.

Start kneading, then add milk and salt.

Knead till you have a soft dough, then put it in a tepid place to rise for about 3 hours.

4 impasto lievitato

Take the dough, deflate it, and put it in a loaf pan, covered with baking paper.
5 impasto sgonfiato
6 impasto nello stampo

Bake in pre-heated oven at 200° for 10 minutes, then lower to 180°C and cook for 30 more minutes.
7 sfornare pane allo yogurt

Let cool down, then slice and serve.
