Mound the flour in a bowl, make a well in the middle and put inside yeast and yogurt.

Start kneading, then add milk and salt.
Knead till you have a soft dough, then put it in a tepid place to rise for about 3 hours.
Take the dough, deflate it, and put it in a loaf pan, covered with baking paper.
Bake in pre-heated oven at 200° for 10 minutes, then lower to 180°C and cook for 30 more minutes.
Let cool down, then slice and serve.
