I was suggested to make Zucchini Cake by our dear Danielina. After making a spinack cake, I coudn’t resist and decided to try this one as well 😉 I’ve always loved zucchini, they’re so versatile… but putting it in a sweet cake?? Moreover, the combination with hazelnuts is really special. I strongly suggest you not to reveal the secret ingredient till after everybody will have tasted it… and after receiving congratulations 😛

Ingredients for a 24 cm cake pan:
200 g of sugar
buy Plavix 350 g of zucchini
200 ml of seed oil
300 g of pastry flour Straterra online buying
100 g of crushed hazelnuts
1 packet of baking powder order Orlistat
Preparation Time: 20 min
Baking Tim: 1 ora
Total Time: 1 ora 20 min
Wash and clean zucchini, and grate them with a coarse grater.
In a wide bowl, whisk eggs and sugar till light and frothy.
Slowly add oil while keep whisking.
Then add grated zucchini.
At last, add azelnuts, flour and baking powder.
Pour the mixture in a greased and floured pan, and bake for about 1 hour in static oven preheated at 180°C.
Once ready, let cool down.
Then dust with icing sugar and serve.
